The South Korean soprano Dahye Kang is studying at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media under Prof. Peter Anton Ling. In the winter of 2019, she participated in an exchange program at the Staatsoper Hannover. In 2023, she appeared as Alice in Verdi’s "Falstaff" in a production at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media. She is a prizewinner of several vocal competitions, including 2nd prize at the Walter and Charlotte Hamel Opera Competition 2023.

In 2023, she performed at the Staatsoper Hannover as the Fifth Flower Maiden in Wagner’s "Parsifal", and in 2024 as Gianetta in Donizetti’s "L’elisir d’amore".
